While cleaning out my cabinet, I found a bunch of old shiny, colorful papers. It immediately took me back to the time when I was obsessed with paper cutting using an X-Acto knife. I remember borrowing so many library books and trying as many projects as I could find in them.

These were the very papers I had used back then.

Seeing them again made me want to start this art once more. But instead of going back to the library, I searched online and came across a Polish cock design, which I decided to recreate using these colorful papers.

In the process, I didn’t just recreate an image, I relived a part of my past, that was very satisfying then and stll is!
